This somewhat outlines the crux of the proposal problem with respect to
the issue of criteria for a proposal to address. Something like and RFP.
Dannys request that the Names Council should provide this criteria. I have
offered my staff along with myself, if necessary in assisting the Names
Council to assist the Names Council. No response yet from Ken
or any other member of the Names Council on this request from Danny
or to my offer of assistance of my staff. I await Kens or any NC members
response as I am sure Danny does as well.

ROFLMAO! Good point! However as this is a sickly laughable
comment, it is none the less appropriate in this context. The trust
factor of the NC and more importantly the ICANN BoD and staff
is at a very low point as a result of the "Happenings" at MDR in
particular.
