Could someone please point me to the URL that memorializes this debate?
And the part where input from the community was solicited and received? I
missed it, but I don't follow every forum. I know there was one, because
ICANN is open and transparent and bottom-up, and this is obviously an
issue that others besides the Board might wish to comment on, and I'd hate
to miss the next round of the discussion.
