Jefsey and all assembly members,

  I disagree to and extent Jefsey.  ICANN is being increasingly ignored if
it's proposed policies are not in line with what is broadly perceived,
correctly
or not, with the internet community as a whole.  Whole chances of the world
such as China are ignoring by in large ICANN as the BOD and staff have shown
in too many instances to ignore the broad internet community/stakeholders.
