Dave and all assembly members,
One thing is clear, that is that the DNSO GA was not consulted
directly. And as far as I know, neither was the NCDNHC (Noncom).
And certainly the At-Large was not consulted. So I would have to
gander a educated guess that this was strictly a ICANN BoD and
staff decision alone.
I am very disappointed in this sort of "Fear Mongering" in the face
of adversity. To me anyway it shows a certain lack of integrity
and displays some cowardice in the face of terrorism.
That's utterly disgusting!! :((
