Mr. Greenwell and all assembly members or IDNO'ers,

  Mr. Greenwell is absolutely correct here.  NONE or the Interim ICANN
BoD had any knowledge base of the DNS.  Nor did any of them
have any knowledge base in IP protocol technology.  And of the
current BoD members today only 2 or 3 do now.
