Joop and all assembly members,
A good suggestion Joop. However some members may not wish to
explain why they voted one way or another on a particular motion
or article or such a motion. They should have that choice.
Public voting on the current Motion is a departure form
the sacrosanct excepted practice of secret ballot. There are
many good reasons why a persons vote should remain secret.
These reasons have been articulated on this forum on a
number of occasions (See archives).
