I know I have been distracted by other business lately, and I apologize for 
it, but can somebody refresh my memory and point out when the posting limit 
of 5 post per day per person has been lifted?

I do agree that the limit has not been enforced lately (neither did the 
civil discourse rules, BTW), but that does not mean that it does not exist.

Maybe the question could be rephrased to whether the candidates will 
"enforce the approved rules" or continue like this.
