  Thank you Marilyn for sharing your view.  I am sure it will be
received
appropriately.

  My personal comment is that I am not surprised at you response here.
I would ask that how is ti that a motion that would display or determine

a consensus of the DNSO GA be a "Diversion from doing useful
work"?  It would seem the opposite would be true to me...
