  It's not all that bad of a system really.  But there are a number
of shortcomings that could and indeed should be corrected or
addressed in a corrective way.

1.) As Joop rightly points out just below, the "Watchdog's"
should be an independent non-DNSO GA member or members.

2.) The voting mechanism should be better automated.

3.) The voting mechanism should also have a web based interface.
