"Mr Walsh" doesn't vote in inappropriate votes that violate the
charter and are outside the charter dictated role of the DNSO GA.

The vote is irrelevant.  It was inappropriate, it should not have
occurred, and its result has absolutely no bearing on anything.

Shame on Thomas for even letting it happen.
