Ross,
The registrar constituency has doubtless gathered thousands of horror stories
thus far from registrants detailing the abuse that they have suffered. Why
do you need to prolong this continuing abuse with a time-consuming survey
process? You already are aware of the problem. How much further input is
required that can't be provided by the registrars own customer complaint
records?
Enough is enough.
Give your fellow TF members a good kick in the butt and get them working on
the solutions. You have been entrusted with solving the problems. The rest
of us aren't allowed onto your TF. We are stuck with having the TF members
doing the job. So get the job done. Please.
