It seems silly to spend the time to go through a vote on this. Everyone
who has chimed in has supported the idea that results should be kept
secret during the vote, as do I. I suggest that Rick just do it. We had
other votes done that way. Then if anyone apposes the idea let them make
a motion to change it and see if anyone seconds it.

Dear Ross:  I believe the amended motion should be passed upon now.
We'll 
have plenty of votes between now and when the by-laws are 
finalized;-(  Remember the Transfer TF history::-((
