i also understand that Marilyn may be scheduling a cross-constituency meeting.  If that's the case, no need to take time in Rio.  But if not, we should be informed, so that we can send comments by the deadline.

What time is our meeting on Monday?

On a separate matter, could we please go over the draft bylaws and voting procedures at the meeting?
