This message is an effort to support a mechanism, such as the *Sunrise Plus
Twenty* proposal, that would minimize the use of new TLDs that infringe upon
existing trademark rights.  Ecolab Inc. believes that the opportunity for
existing trademark owners to have the ability to register their marks on
top-level domains *before* the domain is opened to the general public will
greatly decrease the incidence of cybersquatters and will not tie up the
UDRP Board in time-consuming and costly dispute resolution.
