They don't charge but then they virtually do not register top-level .ZA

co.za is done by Uniforum SA (an Association not for Gain), at 150 ZAR up
front and 50 ZAR annually, see http://co.za. They register enough domains
to need software that can do it within 20 seconds, whether they are a
non-prfit or not.
