[wg-c] To the Abstainers

Two people have thus far abstained from voting, and about 40 others have
failed to meaningfully participate for longer than I'm willing to hunt
through the archives.

The propositition offered by Mr. Heltzer is that failing proof of the claim
of consesus offered by the working co-chair, the DNSO Names Council will
decline to consider any Position Paper, A through G, or any synthesis of
any subset thereof.

Keep this in mind please, Mr. Heltzer will not be alone in constructing
his meaning to your choice of action, or inaction.
