Too true, Eric, Internet time is hard for normal business leaders and pol's
to concieve. If ICANN doesn't provide what is needed, it will become
irrelevant and the internet will move on. And move on it will. It would be
nice to have an orderly roll out of the net for the world's next phase
(?),{as unknown to me as anyone}. That it could become anarchy (not a
threat, an observation) is very real. Particularly if heavy handed
regulation groups try to get too involved.
