[wg-review] Does the Executive Summary miss sth?

Dear WG members,

I just sent Executive Summary, version 0.2 which might miss
one of critical discussion this group has been working on.

I do understand that Review WG decides not to submit its current 
discussion status except poll result, which can not be report before 
it goes through practical working days and more discussion to reach
its own consensus.

Therefore, as designated chair of review WG by NC, this summary
will be submitted as executive summary on Review WG's discussion 
progress expecting its own first report on Feb. 20.

For the last, it will be great to notify Review WG's co-chair in this
summary. So, please update this as soon as it is finished.
