I believe Mr. Conant's recent post addresses this issue.
If ICANN were more trustworthy and popular money would cease to be an issue.
Most corporations, profit and non-profit, run advertising campaigns and use
marketing to sell their product. (OUTREACH) From what I can see this has not
occurred. I believe it should.
