There appears that we have had some miscommunication here so far.

1st, regarding the agenda 8. I just mainly used Greg's, co-chair of
this group, suggested agenda distributed on Dec. 18 in this list.

2nd, regarding time proposal, I suggested as follows 9:00 eastern time
initially
and then Greg is supposed to handle this as co-chair. Finally he announced
4:00 GMT which I personally have no idea where it came from however,
I have respected his decision as co-chair of this group.

Yes, MINC board decided just this weekend upon my urgent request which
also feel sorry for and brought some level of cons and pros inside the
board.
Yes, your suggestion is noted and this will get proper highlight in the
right place.

I  do agree. This is not one specific SO and it is cross-SOs.
