  The agenda I had for the teleconference was as included in the notice:

It certainly didn't include the rest of the material you listed.

Actually, this was a mistake, due to a bad time conversion on my part (I 
went the wrong direction). I've been out of town for 3 days and out of 
touch. I have no problem with a rescheduled time, perhaps back to the 
2:00pm GMT time I should have converted to in the first place.
