I address this proposition and hope that it is not taken to badly out of
context.

I have found no specific opposition to the proposition that if there is
sufficient demand by participation then any constituency should be
allowed to be formed. I believe this to be consistent with the principal
of Stakeholder representation.
As to integration: The structure is in place simply add them. It would
appear that an increase of the numbers of board members elected from the
DNSO should be forthcoming.
