Ok, now you have made two major suggestions which have apparently been well based in logic
and fact.  The problem is that calling a meeting and and boycotting a report are outside
the boundaries of this group. Danged if I don't agree with the propositions, its like
drinking whiskey during a church service, attending church is good and drinking whiskey is
good, but not at the same time and place.

This working group is good and your two ideas are good but together they make a bad
recipe.
