I think my views can be inferred, But, to save the trouble and remove
ambiguity;

I am aginst re-thinking this WG's voting practice and methods. It's a waste
of time. The proposed method is actually LESS capable then what we have now,
with the polling-booth.

I also, vehemently, resist publication of participating voters. Although, I
am not in a problematic position, I once was, and can understand and
sympathize. The position I am refering to is thus; An employee, using their
corporate email account, can be held in violation of corporate policies, all
of which, universally, prohibit non-corporate use of IT resources. In many
corporations, this can be a terminating offence if someone were to press the
issue. 

An explicit listing of participating voters will prevent those, with such
email accounts, from participating. Only those directed to participate, by
their employers, or own their own infrastructure, or use an anonymous email
account, will be able to participate.
