Re: [wg-review] Constituencies, 1 governance and legality
Dear Kent,
I am afraid I particularly resent this statement of yours. It looks like you
consider DNSO Members are ignorants unable to decide by themselves.
We have elected Karl, he does not encourage people, he speaks on our
behalf. In doing so he makes his citizen's duty to ask people to call for
legal protection and to respect the law.

What you do yourself - and I am sure you do not fully realize it as it is not
the interest of the cause you defend - is to encourage people to move towards
more drastic solutions (what Peter de Blanc called nuclear). In blocking the
review of the DNSO as engaged the very first day by Karl and others, you
will porbably be the father of an international replacement for the DNSO.
This may be to the best of the iCANN. But I do not feel it is a best as you
want it. You will nevertheless be welcome in it if you push the things that
far.
