Sounds to me like an entire conference was going on...   Is there some kind of
unofficial, behind-the-scenes WG-Review ML going on?  sure beginning to sound
like it...  I'm sorry if this rankles, but the truth is, *nobody* should be
taking ANY of this personally.  If anybody is, that's their problem.  I would
just like to know where things stand, out in the open, and fairly.

But she did second that suggestion...and I believe she was the only one to do
so.

Greg, as Chair, please tell us why this "suggestion" could not have been made
publicly to all the Members of the WG by the initial author?  Why are you
speaking for somebody?  Doesn't that make you an advocate? albeit unwillingly?
