Kent, the comment that sparked this response does not merit repeating. This does, because it's right on target and IMO, you deserve it. Please remember that for every one of us here today, there are millions of others who will walk in our shoes tomorrow. You and your successors cannot browbeat them all. It should be our mission to make progress with mutual respect and understanding. I am not singling you out in that respect, but am surprised that you have apparently failed to notice the relationship between making comments that induce hard feelings and the incidence of disgruntled individuals.

True and it is not only the disgruntled individuals who will be heavily diluted, but also the antagonists who add fuel to the fire in an unhelpful way....<g>
