Dear All,

I have uploaded the List of Topics of Interest
relating to proposals for DNSO
restructuring/organization to the following URL:

I was contacted by Joanna who replied
affirmatively to my request for use of the
www.internetstakeholders.com address to compile
our material, however she has not yet forwarded
the FTP information to myself (so please excuse my
use of the www.worldatlarge.org address for the
present purpose, it is not intended to reflect on
the material in any way).

As well, I want to thank YJ Park for her
confirmation of my position as Interim Chair for
the WG.  I will do my best to execute the
responsibilities of the position as fairly and
efficiently as possible.
