In his proposal outline at
http://www.worldatlarge.org/jefsey.html Jefsey
touches on the subject of the ccTLD and its
relation to the DNSO, albeit quite briefly.  I
wonder if Jefsey might expand on his point #5 (see
link) with respect to the relations between the
ccTLDs and the DNSO.
