The interim groups are NC  members and their composition was listed by the
real time scribe and will be published shortly in the meeting summary.

Any one present at Melbourne will realise that the prolonged discussion over
Verisign prevented us from having an optional public session with the NC
but, we did have a whole morning with the GA which is the correct forum for
full public participation in the DNSO. That session ended earlier than
scheduled because of lack of questions.

It is not helpful to suggest that silence can be construed as consent. It
should not be. NC members as individuals choose if they wish to participate
in WGs. The NC as a body does not.
