Not to mention the glacial progress of the Review Task Force and the
addition of the Individuals' Constituency.
If strong feeling is all it needs to get on the NC agenda... then let me
point again to the request of the NC to come up with a proposal only to
ignore it when it is presented www.democracy.org.nz/iccharter.htm
Democratic institutions have rules exactly to prevent individuals with
strong feelings to dominate the agenda.
Mr Chair, for the benefit of the NC's intake committee, can you please
organize a vote of support/non-support of this proposal?
