Eric and all,

  I agree with you last sentance/comment/request that all sub-lists should be
bounced to the DNSO GA-Full list.

  I think that as we have already had a number of motions proposed and
two have been voted upon already, that with respect to the now
pending motion regarding the .BIZ registry situation and that this issue
has been more than adequately vetted on the ga-rules sub list, that
this motion should be either denied officially or that the Chair should
request a ballot to be prepared for the voting members to vote
their positions on this issue.  Other issues, that are also under
discussion on the sub-lists and the GA list itself at times, are
also nearing the time for a vote to be taken.
