Patrick would you prefer we draft your request for the ballot?  Perhaps that way you
could merely pass it along. I believe a simple yes or no would be correct. This type
of condemnation of action may sound harsh but is truly the business of the GA. I await
the day we have a positive resolution to send out.  Perhaps to Karl.
