Today's (probably not final) traffic has Karl and Roeland tied at 4 each,
with Dave at 3.

Santa's going to be bringing some some coal.

I hope no one is more offended than usual by the observation that very,
very little of consequence has been written in several days, and that a
vacation, a la the Position Paper C approach, may be beneficial, not just
to WG-C, but some of the possibly overheated participants.

We have to outlast them, if we can form a "we", or we have to deal with
them, which means not underlasting them, for some value of "we", or "we"
are a pretty complete farce, composed of several little jokes, neh?

It wouldn't hurt if "they" got their act on better footing either.
