I believe that a message that I have sent, before reading this message
of yours, relates much to what you have mentioned. My message, also
includes suggestions, including that cases such as yours, should not
arise, as, if a legitimate connection to the domain name can be
demonstrated, then, "first-come, first served", should be the
over-riding principle.

I hope that, if "everyone here is a 'domain name pirate'" is the
impression that you got from my posting, that no-one else got it, and, I
apologise to anyone who received that impression.

To me, a domain name pirate, is a party that registers (or, as mentioned
in the article, to which I was referred, and, to which I responded,
reserves) a domain name, purely for the purpose of taking it out of
circulation, and, then, holding the domain name for ransom. In the case
of the domain name that I sought, from memory, the price of the ransom,
was about 5000USD.

I believe, and, sincerely hope, that the people reading this, are of
higher integrity than being involved in such practices.

That's the problem, alright.

As I have mentioned in previous posts, "Government, of the people, by
the people, for the people".
