I call for a poll to ascertain the WG's MAJORITY position in agreeing what clearly constitutes "consensus" BEFORE THIS WG SUBMITS ANY REPORT
WITH THE GROUP'S "STAMPED CONSENT" ON A CONSENSUS BUILDING PROCESS (I am not yelling)
