[wg-review] CIRA: Notice of election

More information on the CIRA election from their website.  Take note of the
composition of the Board:
CIRA will hold its first Board of Directors election since taking over the
Registry's operation, from June 22 to 28, 2001. On March 19, 2001, CIRA sent
out Notices of Election Date to all its registrants who are members.
To qualify to vote, a registrant must be a member of CIRA at the time of
voting. Anyone who has registered a .ca domain name with CIRA is a member,
unless they have chosen not to be or have resigned from membership. CIRA's
75,000 members will elect nine of the 12 directors; the other three will be
appointed by the interim Board to represent ISPs, Registrars and the
Internet Users' Community.
