I motion in due time so we may organize ourselves, that

the WG-Review Mailing List is transfered to a permanent
Center of Interest as described in my DNSO model. Its charter
would be to accompany progressive practical changes in the
DNSO organization through research, discussion, project
catalysis etc...
"

Comments:
Joanna Lanes' site could be used. The only needs we would
have would be a free ML (I think I have a stable and accepted
solution without commercials) and a link on the DNSO site.
Either the Secretariat would accept to copy us the list of the
WG-Review Members or we could use the archives (I understand
there are programs to do the job).
