F2F meetings tend to be self-moderating, simply due to physical proximity.
We have millenia of development wrt F2F interactions. Also, feed-back is
immediate and can be calibrated, from mild to forceful. In the latter
catagory we even have "code duello". Sufficiently rude/obnoxious/violent
persons tend to get physically ejected or otherwise neutralized.
We have no such degree of feedback control, in cyberspace. Some have taken
this to mean that they can be as rude/obnoxious/disruptive as they want.
This leads to a lot of unfulfilled anger in the other participants.
