Re: [council] New ICANN IDNsCommitee
Philip:
Even in technical issues can be differences of opinions about the best
way to perform implementations (for example: a common protocol vs
propiertary protocols, which character sets should be implemented first
or all at the same time, implementation schedules, which character sets
adopt for every language (there may be languages with more than one
scripts implemented, which one of them will be deployed in the DNS?),
and many other technical issues that would become in real discussions,
and DNSO is being called also to give such proper input. I think DNSO
has to care about these possibilities. The best way to do it is having
two DNSO representative with the characteristics I described previously
to work in team.
Best Regards
Vany
